Accompaniments include selections of delicious cold cuts and cheeses, fresh slices of tomato and cucumber dressed with parsley, and superb local black and green olives, all served with fresh daily bread and seasonal fruit.

Breakfast menus also include an array of marmalades, jam, honey, butter, chocolate and sour cream, yogurt, assorted cereals and muesli, crepe, muffins and croissants. Guests may request cooked breakfast to their liking with choices including ham, bacon, sausages, smoked meats and Turkish pastrami.
Creative, light and nutritious lunch menus
Lunch menus focus on light main courses such as oven baked or roasted chicken, grilled fish and octopus, prawns in mediterranean garlic sauce, and mixed grills all prepared with local wild herbs and seasoning. Main dishes are served with fluffy rice and a choice of delicious salads created from local, seasonal fresh produce.
Guests may also opt for pasta dishes which are prepared with a variety of mouthwatering sauces. For a lighter option, fresh Tapas or Turkish Meze, typically featuring beans, aubergine, local herbs, yogurt and olive oil specialties are also served at lunchtime. If a salad is enough, then choose from seafood, salmon or tuna, grilled chicken, beet, a classic Greek salad with local feta or halloumi and olives, or a herby and fragrant mix of local greens.

After a day of sailing with the breeze, swimming, relaxing on deck in the sun or a shady spot with the best view of the incredible coastlines, tea and cake in the afternoon can be just what it takes to keep you going until sundown and a sunset swim or walk on shore before cocktails. Regina's chef prepares a choice of teas served with desserts which may include cheesecakes, fruit pies, chocolate cakes, tiramisu or home baked cookies.

These delectable appetisers include: Tzatziki, Humus, Saksuka (roasted aubergine in tomato-sauce), samphire, purslane with garlic and yoghurt, fresh spinach with yogurt, green beans in olive oil, stuffed artichoke heart, watercress in garlic yogurt, slices of octopus in olive oil with garlic sauce, stuffed pepper and crumbled walnut with green olive and tomato sauce.
